Clear bar quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the bar remains clean and presentable
Set tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and other items as needed
Assist bartender in delivering food and beverages to guests as needed
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage preparation and delivery
Manage the Toast POS system, ensuring accurate order-taking, billing, and cash handling procedures
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for driving business growth and improving overall service quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment, adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations
Proven experience as a Bar Back or similar role, preferably in a fine-dining or upscale casual-dining setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Familiarity with Toast POS system
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work 10 or more shifts per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
